How do I place an order?
Just choose the size you require and add the item to the cart. You can view the items in your cart by clicking the "View Cart" link in the top right hand corner of the page. When you are ready to checkout click the yellow PayPal button in the bottom right hand corner of the cart. You do not need to open a PayPal account in order complete your purchase. You can use your credit card to order without becoming a member of PayPal, if you so wish.
If you do not have a PayPal account click the "Continue" link or button. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your credit card details and shipping address and finalise your order.

How much is shipping?
UK/Europe - Shipping is free.
Rest of the world - £5 per t-shirt. (If you live outside Europe it may be cheaper and quicker for you to order our shirts from the main Ban T-shirts website).

My credit card is registered in one country, but I want to ship to another - what do I do?
Send us an email and we should be able to sort it out for you.

Where will my t-shirt ship from?
Your T-shirts are shipped from the West Midlands, UK. Your shirts may occassionally be shipped separately on the rare occassion that we are out of stock of an item you ordered. If this happens we will notify you in advance.

How long will it take for my T-shirt to arrive?
Usually between 2 and 5 days for UK orders. European orders will take a few days longer. For other countries it may take 2 to 4 weeks, but usually less. If you do not live in the UK or Europe it may be cheaper and quicker to order our shirts from the main Ban T-shirts website.

What countries do you ship to?
Pretty much everywhere. If you can pay through PayPal we will ship there.

What payment methods do you accept?
We take payment through PayPal. However you do not need to join PayPal to order from us. You can pay with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card. It is also possible to pay with an eCheck or with funding from your bank account. PayPal offers a secure and reliable platform for online shopping.
If you prefer not to use a credit card you may send a postal order. Please email me regarding such payments so we can reserve your size and design preference for you. Note that we do not accept cheques.

How are your shirts printed?
All our t-shirts are silk-screen printed. Silk-screen printing is a technique whereby each color is printed separately onto the shirt. We never use iron on transfers.

How do I wash my shirt?
Wash warm (30°C/86°F), do not bleach, dry low. Note that most t-shirts can shrink a little after their first wash. DO NOT IRON THE PRINTED AREA! Dry at a LOW temperature. Drying at a high temperature can cause the print to crack.

Can I exchange my shirt if it doesn't fit?
Yes, no problem. Always email us first with the details of your order and we will send you instructions on how to exchange the shirt.

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with my purchase?
If you want to return your order and get a refund, you may do so within 28 days of receiving it. The t-shirt must obviously be returned unworn and unwashed. Please email us before returning the t-shirt. We do not issue refunds or make exchanges for t-shirts that are on "special offer" at a reduced price. Refund of shipping costs is at our discretion.

What about privacy issues?
All transactions are processed through PayPal. Ban T-shirts does not have access to your credit card information - this is held by PayPal. Information regarding your name and address, transaction ID/receipt number, and order details is held by Ban T-Shirts exclusively for the purpose of processing your order and dealing with any queries that may arise concerning your order. Your details will not be passed on to any third parties for any purpose whatsoever. You will not be added to a mailing list unless you sign up to it separately (the process of signing up to the mailing list is not related in any way to placing an order).
